高校思想政治教育中存在比较严重的"边缘人"问题。"边缘人"问题实质上是高校思想政治教育现状和效果的综合反映,其形成具有错综复杂的深层原因。要从加强国情和形势政策教育、高校网络舆情监管、加强教师队伍教育管理、分类转化等方面应对"边缘人"问题,切实提高高校思想政治教育质量。

There is a serious problem of ＂marginal man＂ in education. The problem of ＂marginal man＂ is essentiallya comprehensive reflection of the current situation and effect of education in university ideology and politics,and itsformation hasa complex and deep reason. To strengthen the state situation and policy education,the university networkpublic opinion supervision,strengthen the education of teachers management,classification,transformation and so ondealing with the ＂marginal people＂ problem,to improve the quality of ideological and political education.
