基于应用型人才培养的《运输与配送管理》课程教学改革研究

Research on Teaching Reform of "Transportation and Distribution Management" in Applied Talents Cultivation

在《运输与配送管理》专业课程教学中,既要涵盖运输和配送业务的基本理论,又要培养学生解决运输与配送问题的应用能力。本文基于应用型人才培养,分析该门课程教学的现状及问题,明确理论与实践课程内容的建设框架;围绕理论、实验及实践应用三个方面,将"三点一线"的设计思路运用到教学内容改革中;探讨行动导向教学法在教学方法改革中的应用。

The knowledge points of transportation and distribution business are covered in the teaching process of＂Transportation and Distribution Management＂ course,but also the abilities to solve practical problems are needed in theactual logistics enterprises,which focuses on cultivating students＇ application ability. Based on the cultivation of appliedtalents,this paper points out the current teaching situation and problems of ＂Transportation and DistributionManagement＂. It builds a clear framework for theory courses and practice courses,and puts forward to the ＂Three Pointsand One Line＂ design ideas of theory,experiment and innovative application. And the application of action orientedteaching method is also explored in the curriculum reform.
