随着跨境电商企业的发展,具备良好外语能力,熟悉跨境电商运营,有良好的业务沟通能力的复合型人才变得日益稀缺。为了满足这一人才需求,本文将围绕培养多方面发展商务英语人才、课堂教学、学校企业联合打造人才这几方面开展探讨,并重点探索跨境电商背景下学校课程的设置,以及在培养学生中遇到的问题,分析加强企业和学校之间的合作质量的思路,探讨提高教师的教学水平并打造良好的教师队伍的路径,然后据此对高级商务英语专业教学改革模式的发展提出有效建议。

With the development of cross-border e-commerce,qualified talents with good foreign language skills,familiarity with cross-border e-commerce operations and good business communication skills are scarce.In order tomeet this demand,this article will focus on cultivating multi-faceted development of business English talents,classroomteaching,and joint creation of talents by schools and enterprises.It also focused on exploring the setting of curriculum inthe context of cross-border e-commerce and the problems encountered in cultivating students,strengtheningcooperation between enterprises and schools,improving teachers＇ teaching standards and building a good teaching staff.Itproposes effective suggestions for the development of advanced business English teaching reform model.
