摘要 随着全日制专业硕士教育的大发展,工程学科面临着对本科生、学硕和专硕进行一体化协调培养的新需求,也对师资、课程和实践等教学资源配置与建设提出更高的要求。如何构建本硕"工程实践、学术研究和科技开发"创新能力的一体化协调培养模式,是我国高等教育面临的一项挑战性教改课题。本文提出基于科研反哺的"本、硕一体化"课程教学方式,旨在提高本科生的专业课教学质量和本硕之间的衔接程度,训练本科生和硕士研究生的科研创新意识,从根本上提高创新性人才培养质量。 With the development of full-time professional master education,engineering discipline is facing the newdemand of the integration of culture,science and special master undergraduate master,also puts forward higherrequirements for teachers,curriculum and practice teaching resources and construction,how to build the integration ofinnovation ability of engineering practice and academic master "the research and development of science andtechnology" training mode is a teaching reform project of higher education of our country faces the challenge. Thispaper bases on the research of "the feedback of integration "teaching mode,to link degree between the teaching qualityand improve the undergraduate training,undergraduate and graduate students in the scientific research and innovationconsciousness,to improve the quality of cultivating innovative talents fundamentally.
