小儿外科留学生临床实习探索与思考

Research on Clinical Practice of Oversea Students of Pediatric Surgery

随着我国高等医学教育的国际化,越来越多的来华留学生涌入我国高校。文章对留学生在小儿外科实习所面临的现状与不足进行探索与思考,提出有针对性的对策与建议。做好小儿外科留学生的带教工作,必须要深刻了解留学生的特点与小儿外科临床要求,通过分析其中存在的问题,探讨符合我国特色的留学生培养模式,旨在更好地完成小儿外科教学任务。

As more and more foreign students come to China with the internationalization of higher medicaleducation. This paper explores the current situation and problems of foreign students in pediatric surgical practice,andputs forward some countermeasures and suggestions. To do better in the teaching of overseas students,we must deeplyunderstand the characteristics of students and clinical requirements of pediatric surgery. Through the analysis of theexisting problems,this paper discusses the characteristic training mode of Pediatric Surgery about overseas students inChina,for better fulfill the teaching task of pediatric surgery.
