摘要
在体育教学中,学生的逆反心理很常见,尤其是处于青春期发育巅峰的中学生。在体育教学过程中,学生身体和心理两个方面的促进、发展、协调,是教学质量的保证。学生间相互交流,有良好的心理状态,才能保持对学习的积极性和主动性。本文通过阅读大量的文献资料,分析探究逆反心理的成因,找到针对逆反心理的对策,然后给予合理的建议,从而改进教学的方法,优化课堂的氛围,提高教学质量。
In physical education,students' reverse psychology is very common,especially in adolescent developmentpeak of middle school students. In the process of education,students' physical psychological two aspects promotion,development,coordination,is the assurance of teaching quality.Interaction among students and a good mental state canhelp student to maintain enthusiasm and initiative for learning.In this paper,through a large number of literature data,analysis to explore the causes of the reverse psychology,then countermeasures against rebellious attitude,give reasonablesuggestions,improve teaching methods,optimize the classroom atmosphere and efficient teaching quality.
