摘要
"微专业"是以就业为导向而定制的职业体系化培养方案,是我国在线教育发展的新阶段。本文以"高职微专业"为研究对象,分析研究高职院校"微专业"人才培养模式,探索出以单个职业岗位需求制定培养目标,以具体工作环节内容构建课程体系,以工作过程方法设计教学内容,以企业职业上岗作为实践考核,以灵活多样的教学组织方式,在短时期内、低成本地通过五到十门核心课程的学习,实现毕业就能就业、上岗就能胜任的人才培养模式的新思路。
Micro-specialty is one of the training plan of career system which is taking employment as guide and isanew stage of the development in Chinese online education. In this paper,micro-specialty in vocational education is themain study object,and analysis and explorea new idea of personnel training mode which students graduate could getajob directly and do it well. In this new mode,making training target based on single post demand,constructing coursesystem according to every work link content,designing teaching contents on the basis of working process. and enterpriseworking is practice examination,teaching method is flexile,passing 5 to 10 core curriculums is low cost and in short time.
