随着智慧旅游、全域旅游时代的到来,社会对旅游人才的培养提出了新的要求。旅游院校应在协同创新理念指导下着重加强智慧旅游技术技能人才的培养。文章总结了目前该人才培养模式中存在的问题,提出了理论创新与技术技能创新的协同整合方法;协同创新智慧旅游的师资队伍建设;协同专业课程和辅助课程创新发展;协同创新课堂内外学习方式、多样化的智慧旅游职场体验形式、多元化实践技能学习训练平台、校企合作模式等智慧旅游技术技能人才培养策略。

Intelligent tourism,the arrival of the era of global tourism,This paper puts forward new requirements forthe cultivation of tourism talents. Under the guidance of the cooperative innovation idea,tourism colleges anduniversities should focus on strengthening the cultivation of intelligent tourism technical and technical talents. The papersummarizes the problems existing in the cultivation of these talents at present. This paper puts forward the collaborativeintegration of theoretical innovation and technical skill innovation,the construction of teachers＇ contingent ofcollaborative innovation and intelligent tourism,the innovation and development of collaborative professional curriculumand auxiliary curriculum,the collaborative innovation of learning methods inside and outside the classroom,Diversifiedwisdom tourism workplace experience,diversified practical skills learning and training platform,school-enterprisecooperation model and other intelligent tourism technology skills training strategy.
