摘要 本文针对当前中职学生自信心不足,学习成绩不理想,围绕自信教育核心理念,以玉林市第一职业中等专业学校为例,通过对中职学生当前现状及深层次原因分析,对以"自信教育"为核心的德育工作模式进行探索和实践,研究探索出"双课堂、双循环、双促进"的"三双育人"自信教育德育工作模式,同时构建了中职学校学生自信心教育的"三教育机制"、"三自我管理"双途径结合的方法体系。 This article is aimed at the lack of self-confidence of the students in the current secondary vocationalschool,the academic achievement is not ideal,centered on the core concept of self-confidence Education,taking thesecondary professional school of the first profession in Yulin as an example,analysis of the current situation and deepreasons of secondary vocational students,the exploration and practice of moral education mode at the core of"self-confidence education",research and exploration of "double classroom,double cycle,double promotion" "three pairsof educating people" moral education mode of self confidence education,at the same time,the method system of "threeeducation mechanism" and "three self management" combination of students' self-confidence education in secondaryvocational school is constructed.
