审核评估是新一轮本科教学评估的主要方式,人才培养质量的保障措施是做好新一轮本科教学评估的关键。本文在审核评估特点分析的基础上,以虚拟仿真教学方式的大力介入地方高校环境类专业本科教学审核评估工作中,对"四度"保障应用型创新人才质量的方法和效果进行了探讨。

The review and assessment is the main way to evaluate the undergraduate teaching,and the guaranteemeasure of talent training quality plays the important role in the new round of undergraduate teaching evaluation. Basedon the analysis of the auditing characteristics,the environmental engineering audit evaluation work of undergraduatecourse teaching in the local university is involved by the virtual simulation and ＂four＂ guarantee the quality of theapplied innovative talents methods and effects are discussed in this paper.
