摘要
建筑信息模型(BIM)作为一种全新的理念正在引起建筑业的广泛重视。BIM技术采用虚拟的模型和整合的信息平台去涵盖一个工程项目从设计到建造直至运营维护的全寿命周期中所有相关信息。随着BIM技术的认可和推广,建筑业急需高校顺应时代发展,培养出能够解决工程实际问题的BIM人才。本文针对国内高等院校BIM教育开展问题,在介绍BIM核心技术(计算机软件)的基础上,探讨建筑类高等院校BIM课程设置方案。
Asa new concept,building information modeling (BIM) is attracting more and more attention in theconstruction industry. BIM technology can use virtual model to cover all the relevant information in the whole life cycleof an engineering project from design to construction until operation and maintenance. With the recognition andpromotion of BIM technology,the construction industry urgently needs colleges and universities to develop BIM talentswho can solve the practical problems of engineering. Based on the introduction of BIM core technology (computersoftware),this paper discusses the scheme of BIM curriculum in building colleges and universities.
