摘要
目的探索臭氧注射联合中药针灸治疗骨质疏松致脊椎压缩性骨折临床效果。方法选取2013年7月—2017年7月期间该院骨质疏松致脊椎压缩性骨折50例患者,抽签化分组,即每组25例,对照组和观察组分别采用臭氧注射治疗和臭氧注射联合中药针灸治疗,随后对比两组患者的疼痛评分、脊椎后突Cobb’s角、椎体前缘高度压缩率、椎体后缘高度压缩率、总有效率、骨密度。结果观察组患者治疗后1 d疼痛评分(3.46±0.02)分、治疗后3 d疼痛评分(2.11±0.53)分、治疗后7 d疼痛评分(1.18±0.36)分、脊椎后突Cobb’s角(4.16±0.96)°、椎体前缘高度压缩率(9.52±7.67)%、椎体后缘高度压缩率(1.21±1.56)%、治疗后15 d骨密度(0.54±0.43)g/cm^2、治疗后30 d骨密度(0.98±0.86)g/cm^2均低于对照组(t=11.889 5、12.702 5、17.814 6、6.231 4、2.938 1、5.202 3、2.885 6、3.772 7;P<0.05)。结论对骨质疏松致脊椎压缩性骨折患者实施臭氧注射联合中药针灸治疗。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of ozone injection combined with acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of osteoporotic compression fractures caused by osteoporosis. Methods 50 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures from July 2013 to July 2017 in the hospital, grouped by lotion, 25 patients in each group. The control group and the observation group were injected with ozone. Treatment and ozone injection combined with acupuncture and Chinese medicine treatment, followed by the two groups of patients with pain scores, Cobb's angle after vertebral spondylosis, high degree of vertebral body compression, posterior high compression rate, total effective rate, bone mineral density. Results The patients in the observation group had a pain score of (3.46±0.02 )points after one day of treatment, a pain score of (2.11±0.53)points on the three days after treatment, a pain score of (1.18±0.36)points on the seven days after the treatment, and a Cobb's angle of the spine (4.16±0.96)°, high compression rate of the anterior vertebral body (9.52±7.67)%, high compression rate of the vertebral body (1.21±1.56)%, bone mineral density (0.54±0.43)g/cm^2, 15 d after treatment, bone mineral density 30 d after treatment (0.98±0.86)g/cm^2 were lower than those in the control group (t=11.889 5, 12.702 5, 17.814 6, 6.231 4, 2.938 1, 5.202 3, 2.885 6, 3.772 7; P〈0.05). Conclusion Oxygen injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment for patients with vertebral compression fracture caused by osteoporosis.
