乙肝疫苗接种成功率与疫苗接种量在成人中的关系分析

Analysis of the Relationship between the Success Rate of Hepatitis B Vaccination and the Amount of Vaccination in Adults

目的观察分析乙肝疫苗接种成功率与疫苗接种量在成人中的关系。方法抽选在该中心接种乙肝疫苗成人50名作为该次研究中的观察对象,其接种时间均在2016年5月—2017年5月期间,依据疫苗接种量将其分为对照组和观察组,分别为接种10μg和接种20μg,比较两组成人的乙肝疫苗接种成功率和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组成人的接种成功率100.00%明显较对照组76.00%高,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.82,P=0.01),且不良反应发生率4.00%明显低于对照组40.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.44,P<0.05)。结论乙肝疫苗接种成功率同接种量之间有密切关联,为成人接种20μg乙肝疫苗可以将接种成功率提升,同时可控制不良反应的发生。

Objective To observe the relationship between the success rate of hepatitis B vaccination and the amount of vaccination in adults. Methods A total of 50 adults with hepatitis B vaccination at the center were selected as observation subjects in this study. The time of inoculation was from May 2016 to May 2017. According to the vaccination dose, they were divided into control group and observation group, inoculation 10 μg and inoculation 20 μg, compare the success rate of hepatitis B vaccine vaccination and the occurrence of adverse reactions in two groups of adults. Results The success rate of the inoculation of 100.00% of the constituents was significantly higher than that of the control group （76.00%）. The difference was statistically significant （χ^2=6.82, P=0.01）, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 4.00%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group （40.00%）, with statistical significance （χ^2=9.44, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The success rate of hepatitis B vaccine vaccination is closely related to the inoculation volume. Inoculation of 20 μg hepatitis B vaccine for adults can increase the success rate of vaccination and control the occurrence of adverse reactions.
