毒蛇咬伤的急诊处理与临床诊治分析

Analysis of Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Emergency Treatment of Viper Snake Bites

目的对毒蛇咬伤的急诊处理临床诊治进行研究分析。方法将2016年1月—2018年1月期间收治的60例毒蛇咬伤患者作为研究对象,将其随机分至两组,对照组30例患者实施常规毒蛇咬伤急诊处理方法进行治疗,研究组30例患者在实施常规治疗的基础上,采用负压吸引方法进行治疗。治疗结束后对两组患者的治疗效果进行调查。结果重型患者29例,中型患者16例,轻型患者15例,另外,较为常见的蛇种为赤链蛇(20例)和竹叶蛇(16例)。研究组患者治愈率(60.00%)和有效率(86.67%)明显高于对照组患者治愈率(40.00%)和有效率(70.00%)。数据经检验差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.23、6.85,P<0.05)。在治疗满意程度方面,研究组患者的非常满意率(66.67%)和总满意率(90.00%)明显优于对照组患者的非常满意率(36.67%)和总满意率(70.00%),数据经检验差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.29、8.29,P<0.05)。结论对于毒蛇咬伤患者,为其实施负压吸引,治疗效果更为显著,患者对治疗满意程度较高,值得推广。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute poisonous snake bite. Methods 60 patients with snakebite from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as study subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups, and 30 patients in the control group were treated with conventional snake bite emergency treatment. In the study group of 30 patients, treatment was performed using negative pressure suction method on the basis of routine treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were investigated after the end of treatment. Results There were 29 severe cases, 16 moderate cases, and 15 light cases. In addition, the more common snake species were Red Chain Snake （20 cases） and Bamboo Leaf Snake （16 cases）. The cure rate （60.00%） and effective rate （86.67%） of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group （40.00%） and effective rate （70.00%）. The data were statistically significant （χ^2=7.23, 6.85, P〈0.05）. In terms of treatment satisfaction, the patients in the study group had a very satisfactory rate （66.67%） and total satisfaction rate （90.00%）, which was significantly better than the control group （36.67%） and total satisfaction rate （70.00%）. The test was statistically significant （χ^2=7.29, 8.29, P〈0.05）. Conclusion For snake bite patients, the implementation of negative pressure suction, the treatment effect is more significant, patients with a higher degree of satisfaction with the treatment, it is worth promoting.
