摘要
目的探讨踝关节骨折并下胫腓联合分离的手术治疗方式与临床疗效,并分析患者的骨折愈合情况。方法选择该院在2012年4月—2018年4月期间所收治的60例踝关节骨折并下胫腓联合分离患者作为该次研究对象,对患者进行分组治疗,分组方式为计算机表法,每组患者各30例,对照组患者应用非手术方式治疗,研究组应用钢板螺钉的方式治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果,并观察患者的手术操作时间与骨折愈合时间。结果研究组患者中优11例,良9例,治疗及格率为93.33%,显著高于对照组(优5例,良6例,治疗及格率为63.33%),(χ~2=7.954 2,P=0.004 7),对照组患者的治疗时间明显高于研究组,且研究组患者的骨折愈合时间(65.1±4.6)d快于对照组(85.2±4.8)d,组间差异有统计学意义(t=8.779 5、16.559 4,P=0.000 0、0.000 0)。结论踝关节骨折并下胫腓联合分离患者应用钢板螺钉方式的临床效果显著,能够有效提高患者的治愈率,且能够缩短患者的骨折愈合时间,价值显著,值得应用。
Objective To investigate the surgical treatment and clinical efficacy of ankle fracture and sacral joint separation, and to analyze the fracture healing of patients. Methods 60 patients with ankle fractures and squat joints who were admitted to the hospital from April 2012 to April 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study. The patients were grouped into groups. The grouping method was computerized. 30 patients in each group were treated with non-surgical treatment. The study group was treated with plate screws. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and the operation time and fracture healing time were observed. Results In the study group, 11 cases were excellent and 9 cases were good. The treatment pass rate was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(5 cases were excellent, 6 cases were good, the treatment pass rate was 63.33%),(χ~2=7.954 2,P=0.004 7), there was a significant difference between the groups. The treatment time of the control group was significantly higher than that of the study group, and the fracture healing time of the study group was faster than that of the control group(85.2±4.8)d There was significant difference between the groups(65.1±4.6)d., with statistical significance(t=8.779 5, 16.559 4,P=0.0000, 0.0000). Conclusion The clinical effect of using the plate screw method in patients with ankle fracture and sacral joint separation is significant, which can effectively improve the cure rate of patients, and can shorten the fracture healing time of patients. The value is significant and worthy of application.
