交锁髓内钉与加压钢板内固定治疗胫腓骨骨折的疗效对比

Interlocking Intramedullary Nail and Compression Plate Internal Fixation for the Treatment of Patellar Fractures

目的研究探讨交锁髓内钉与加压钢板内固定治疗胫腓骨骨折的疗效比较。方法选择2015年1月—2018年3月该院胫腓骨骨折患者50例进行讨论,把所有患者随机分为两组各25例,其中对照组采用加压钢板内固定治疗,观察组采取交锁髓内钉进行治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的有效率为96.0%,对照组的有效率为80.0%,观察组采取交锁髓内钉进行治疗后,疗效比对照组的要好,两组比较(χ~2=9.025,P=4.155)。结论对于胫腓骨骨折的患者,采取交锁髓内钉进行治疗,可以增强疗效,且安全性较高,不会导致患者出现一系列的并发症,值得在今后的治疗过程中应用。

Objective To study the effect of interlocking intramedullary nails and compression plate internal fixation in the treatment of tibial fractures. Methods A total of 50 patients with tibial fractures in the hospital from January 2015 to March 2018 were selected for discussion. All patients were randomly divided into two groups with 25 patients in each group. The control group was treated with compression plate fixation and the observation group took the treatment of the intramedullary nail and the treatment effects of the two groups of patients were observed. Results The effective rate was 96.0% in the observation group and 80.0% in the control group. The observation group was treated with interlocking intramedullary nails and the efficacy was better than that in the control group. The two groups were compared （χ^2=9.025, P=4.155）. Conclusion For patients with tibial fractures, the use of interlocking intramedullary nails for treatment can enhance the efficacy and safety, will not lead to a series of complications in patients, and it is worthy of application in the future treatment.
