宫腔镜联合超声检查在异常子宫出血中的诊断价值刍议

Hysteroscopy Combined with Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Abnormal Uterine Bleeding

目的探讨宫腔镜与超声检查联合应用在异常子宫出血诊断中的价值。方法选择该院2014年2月—2017年2月收治的100例异常子宫出血患者作为该次研究对象,按照诊断方法的不同将其分为研究组与对照组,各50例,对照组应用超声检查,研究组应用超声联合宫腔镜检查,以病理检查结果为标准,比较两组的诊断准确性。结果研究组中:子宫内膜增生17例,子宫粘膜下肌瘤2例,子宫内膜息肉27例,子宫内胚物残留2例,子宫内膜癌2例;对照组中:子宫内膜增生19例,子宫粘膜下肌瘤3例,子宫内膜息肉21例,子宫内胚物残留4例,子宫内膜癌3例。研究组的符合诊断率为90.00%,与对照组(62.00%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=10.745 6)。结论宫腔镜联合超声检查应用在异常子宫出血诊断中的价值显著,准确率较高,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To investigate the value of combined hysteroscopy and ultrasonography in the diagnosis of abnormal uterine bleeding. Methods 100 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding admitted to the hospital from February 2014 to February 2017 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into study group and control group according to different diagnostic methods, each with 50 case. The control group used ultrasound, the study group combined with hysteroscopy, and the pathological examination results were used as the criteria to compare the diagnostic accuracy of the two groups. Results In the study group, there were 17 cases of endometrial hyperplasia, 2 cases of submucosal myoma of the uterus, 27 cases of endometrial polyps, 2 cases of endometrial endometrium, and 2 cases of endometrial carcinoma. In the control group, the endometrium There were 19 cases of hyperplasia, 3 cases of uterine submucous myoma, 21 cases of endometrial polyps, 4 cases of endometrium, and 3 cases of endometrial carcinoma. The diagnostic rate of the study group was 90.00%, which was significantly different from that of the control group （62.00%）. The difference was statistically significant （χ^2=10.745 6）. Conclusion Hysteroscopic combined with ultrasonography is of great value in the diagnosis of abnormal uterine bleeding, and its accuracy is high. It is worthy of clinical application.
