康莱特注射液对晚期非小细胞肺癌的姑息治疗分析

Analysis of Palliative Treatment of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer with Kanglaite Injection

目的探讨康莱特注射液对晚期非小细胞肺癌的姑息治疗分析。方法选取该院自2016年2月—2018年2月收治的晚期非小细胞肺癌的患者108例。随机将其分为两组,各54例,对照组采用康莱特注射液组治疗前患者的治疗情况,研究组采用康莱特注射液治疗后患者的治疗情况。对比两组患者不同治疗方法的治疗效果以及治疗前后的生活质量。结果研究组患者的治疗有效率明显好于对照组(85.1%vs 68.5%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.935,P<0.05);研究组患者的治疗后的生活质量明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对晚期非小细胞肺癌的患者采用康莱热注射液进行治疗有利于增加治疗的效果,对患者的病情有一定的抗恶病质以及具有止痛的作用,所以该药物的使用是晚期非小细胞肺癌患者治疗的最佳选择,在临床上应当进一步的推广应用。

Objective To investigate the palliative treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer by Kanglaite injection. Methods 108 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer treated in the hospital from February 1, 2016 to February 1, 2018 were selected. They were randomly divided into two groups,each with 54 case. The control group was treated with Kanglaite injection group before treatment, and the study group was treated with Kanglaite injection. The treatment effects of different treatment methods and the quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The treatment efficiency of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group （85.1% vs 68.5%）,the different was statistically significant（χ^2=4.935, P〈0.05）. The quality of life of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer with Conrady injection is beneficial to increase the effect of treatment, and has a certain degree of anti-cachexia and analgesic effect on the patient＇s condition, so the use of the drug is the best choice for patient treatment with advanced non-small cell lung cancer, which should be further promoted in clinical practice.
