脊髓损伤康复患者功能锻炼依从性的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Functional Exercise Compliance in Patients with Spinal Cord Injury

目的调查分析脊髓损伤康复患者功能锻炼依从性,明确提升患者功能锻炼依从性的措施。方法此次研究试验在医院内部选取2016年10月—2017年11月收治的80例脊髓损伤康复患者进行研究,电脑随机分为干预组和对照组,对比两组患者的功能锻炼依从性及生存质量评分。结果护理干预前对照组和干预组患者功能锻炼依从性得分分别为(17.28±2.44)分、(16.89±2.68)分,差异无统计学意义(t=5.724,P=0.233)两组的功能锻炼依从性评分差异无统计意义(P>0.05);干预管理5个月后对照组和干预组患者功能锻炼依从性得分分别为(21.28±2.56)分、(32.89±3.87)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.478,P=0.036)。干预组的功能锻炼依从性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组患者实施干预管理前后生活质量得分分别为(208.46±16.44)分、(167.49±17.46)分,(t=6.347,P=0.012),管理组的生活质量评分显著高于对照组,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论目前脊髓损伤康复患者功能锻炼依从性相对较低,患者功能锻炼质量有待提升,针对患者的个体特征制定针对性的家庭护理管理方案,是促进患者功能锻炼依从性和生活质量提升的重要途径。

Objective] To investigate and analyze the compliance of functional exercise in patients with spinal cord injury and to clarify the measures to improve the compliance of patients with functional exercise. Methods This study included 80 patients with spinal cord injuries who were treated in the hospital from October 2016 to November 2017. The patients were randomly assigned to the intervention group and the control group. The compliance, quality of life score of the two groups was compared. Results Before and after the nursing intervention, the functional exercise compliance scores of the control group and the intervention group were （17.28±2.44）points, （16.89±2.68）points,the different was statistically significant（t=5.724, P=0.233）. The functional exercise compliance scores of the two groups had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）; After 5 months of intervention management, functional exercise compliance scores of the control group and intervention group were （21.28±2.56）points,（32.89±3.87）points,the different was statistically significant（t=7.478, P=0.036）. The functional exercise compliance of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the results were statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the quality of life scores before and after intervention management were compared between the two groups（208.46±16.44）points,（167.49±17.46）points,（t=6.347, P=0.012）, the quality of life score of the management group was significantly higher than the control group, the results were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion At present, the functional compliance of patients with spinal cord injury is relatively low, and the quality of functional exercise needs to be improved. The development of targeted home care management plan for individual characteristics of patients is an important way to promote patient functional compliance and quality of life.
