优质护理在肺癌患者护理中的应用价值

The Value of High Quality Nursing in the Nursing of Lung Cancer Patients

目的探讨选择优质护理方式对肺癌患者进行干预后获得的临床效果。方法选择该院2016年1月—2018年2月收治的102例肺癌患者作为研究对象;采用抽签法分组;研究护理方式期间,对照组(51例):选择基础护理方式展开;观察组(51例):选择基础护理方式+优质护理方式展开;最终就两组肺癌患者的生活质量以及护理服务满意度进行对比。结果同对照组肺癌患者生活质量评分对比,观察组提升程度明显(t=14.520 0、8.8715、12.668 8、11.637 2,P<0.05);同对照组肺癌患者护理服务满意度(76.47%)对比,观察组(98.04%)提升程度明显(χ~2=10.667 2,P<0.05);同对照组肺癌患者并发症发生率(29.41%)对比,观察组(7.84%)下降程度明显(χ~2=7.8263,P<0.05)。结论护理人员采用优质护理方式完成肺癌患者疾病护理,在提高患者心理功能、躯体功能、物质生活、社会功能评分以及护理满意率方面获得显著效果,从而促进肺癌患者生活质量提高以及病情康复。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of selecting high-quality nursing interventions on lung cancer patients. Methods 102 patients with lung cancer who were admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the study subjects; they were grouped by the lottery method; during the study of nursing methods, the control group （51 cases）： the basic care mode was selected; the observation group （51 cases）： the choice of basic care mode ＋ quality care mode was started; finally, the quality of life of patients with lung cancer and the satisfaction of care service were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the quality of life scores of patients with lung cancer were significantly improved in the observation group （t=14.520 0, 8.871 5, 12.668 8, 11.637 2,P〈0.05）, and compared with the control group （76.47%）. The degree of elevation was significantly higher in the group （98.04%）（χ^2=10.667 2,P〈0.05）. Compared with the incidence of complications in the control group （29.41%）, the observation group（7.84%） showed a significant decrease（χ^2=7.826 3,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing staff adopts high-quality nursing methods to complete the disease nursing of lung cancer patients, and achieves significant effects in improving patients＇ psychological function, physical function, material life, social function score and nursing satisfaction rate, thus promoting the improvement of quality of life and recovery of patients with lung cancer.
