摘要
社会学家帕森斯的AGIL模式对于分析职业院校校企合作具有契合性。在AGIL模式框架下,职业院校校企合作在适应、整合、目标达成以及潜在模式维持等方面存在问题。职业教育校企合作的深度推进必须借助市场增强适应能力、通过利益共享机制整合资源、发挥政府作用确保目标达成、建设校企合作文化维持长效合作模式。
The model of AGIL founded by Parsons can be used to analyze the vocational college-enterprise cooperation. Under the model of AGIL, there are such problems as adaptation, integration, goal attainment and latent pattern-maintenance in the cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises. We should strengthen the ability of adoption between colleges and enterprises' by market, integrate the resources by interests-coordination mechanism, attain the goal by the force of government, maintain the college-enterprise cooperation pattern by establishing cooperational culture.
