社会资本对大学毕业生就业影响的相关分析

An Empirical Study of Impact from Social Capital on Employment of Vocational College Graduates

关注大学毕业生就业问题事关全社会重大民生问题的解决。通过初步实证分析,探究发现社会资本一方面影响着大学毕业生的择业期望与求职成功率,工作起薪水平与非物质待遇,就业部门性质与劳动力市场类型;另一方面也会引起大学毕业生就业过程的不公平,扭曲劳动力市场的资源配置功能。针对社会资本对大学毕业生就业的双重影响,就此提出相应的对策与建议,助推大学毕业生成功就业。

Attentions to the employment of vocational college graduates is a matter of solving the major problems concerning the people＇ s livelihood in the whole society. Through an empirical analysis, it is found that the social capital influences the vocational college graduates＇ career expectation and job success rate, starting salary and non-material benefits, job property and labour market type. On the other hand, it will also cause the unfair employment process for higher vocational graduates, distort the allocation of resources in the labour market. Ainfing at the dual influence of social capital on the employment of vocational college graduates, this paper tries to put forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the successful employment of vocational college graduates.
