国际物流企业资质评价指标体系构建研究

A Study on a Qualification Assessment System for International Logistics Enterprises

为客观、有效地对国际物流企业作出评价,满足国际物流需求方、国际物流供应商及监管部门的实际需要,阐述国际物流企业资质评价指标体系构建原则及步骤,结合业务特点,在对国际物流企业资质评价指标初筛的基础上,运用数理方法中的偏相关分析和变异分析对所构建的指标进行优选,并对最终的指标体系进行整体有效性检验。实践证明,所构建的指标体系能很好地反映评价目标,可以用于对国际物流企业进行评价。

To evaluate the performance of international logistics enterprises objectively and effectively and to meet the actual needs of buyers, suppliers and supervisors of the logistics industry across the world, this paper proposes a set of indicators to assess international logistic companies. Based on an elaboration of the principles and steps to set up the assessment system and the industry characteristics, the paper identifies the proposed indicators by applying the mathematical methods of partial correlation and variation analysis based on a preliminary screening of the indicators. This paper also concludes that the proposed assessment system is proved to be applicable to evaluating international logistic enterprises, which is verified to be valid to reflect the evaluation targets.
