广铁集团商品车装卸平台设计方案研究

摘要 近年来,随着公路治超治限力度的加大,铁路商品车运量呈逐年猛增趋势,装卸效率成为限制铁路商品车运输发展的瓶颈之一。为提高铁路商品车装卸效率,以中国铁路广州局集团有限公司为例,阐述商品车运输现状,从结构组成、适用范围等方面对不同装卸平台的进行比较,研究不同货场环境条件下装卸平台设计方案,提高装卸平台的易用性、可操作性和人性化设计。同时,综合考虑货场规模、平台投入、作业安全等多种因素,制定不同货场的装卸平台配置方案,推动铁路商品车运输发展。 With the strengthened control over highway overload and overrun, railway freight volume of commercial vehicles has been soaring in recent years while the loading and unloading efficiency become one of the bottlenecks hampering its further growth. To increase the efficiency by improving the ease of use and operability with human-centered designs, this paper studies, compares and improves the loading and unloading platforms against different freight yard conditions from the aspects of structural composition and application scope, based on an summary of commercial vehicle transportation at Guangzhou Railway Group. In addition, this paper also puts forward the configuration schemes of the loading and unloading platforms for different freight yards based on a comprehensive calculation of multiple factors, such as freight yard scales, investment into the platforms and operation safety, which is expected to contribute to further development of railway transportation of commercial vehicles.
