公众科学项目中的公众信任机理及提升策略研究:基于公众的视角

Research on Public Trust Mechanism and Promotion Strategy in Citizen Science Projects:Based on Volunteer's Perspective

文章对公众科学项目中的公众信任机理进行了初步探讨。首先,从科学家、项目发起方和项目质量三个方面,论述公众科学项目中的公众信任危机。接着,探讨公众信任危机在项目的前、中、后三个时期可能产生的负面影响以及公众与科学家的相互信任关系对提高项目质量的意义。然后,针对公众科学项目的四个阶段,有针对性地设计了若干提升公众信任的具体策略。最后,从步骤和承担者角度,阐述了四类公众科学项目的差异,通过公众科学项目的转型再次证实公众信任议题对于公众科学项目持久开展的重要性。

This paper explores the trust mechanism of public in citizen science projects. Firstly, we discuss the crisis of public trust in citizen science projects from three aspects（scientists, project organizers and project quality）. Then, this article analyzes the negative impact of the crisis of public trust in early, middle and late stages of the project. Simultaneously, we propose the significance of mutual trust relationship between the public and scientists in improving project quality. According to the four stages in citizen science projects, we put forward specific strategies for enhancing public trust in turn. Finally, from the perspective of steps and undertakers, we explain the differences between four types of citizen science projects. In view of the citizen science transformation process, we again prove the importance of public trust.
