摘要
数据时代的图书馆用户需求从个性化一般满足上升到"精准、智慧"层面,图书馆知识服务要注重资源、技能、智力等能力保障,发挥知识馆员服务智慧,将精准服务元素融入学科知识服务中,文章以数据思维分析图书馆知识服务用户的期许,强调精准发现并把握用户需求信息及其所需内容,适时调整知识服务课题项目内容,实施精准知识信息的精准投递服务。
This paper analyzes the library knowledge service action and its user expectation of large data horizon. It is believed that if the library user's demand in the data age want to raises from the general individual satisfaction to the "precision and wisdom" level, the library knowledge service should pay attention to resources, skills, intelligence and other capacity protection, and exert the knowledge librarian service wisdom. The library also need integrates precision service elements into subject knowledge services, use the "data thinking" to accurately identify the user and their required knowledge and information content, to implement precise delivery services of the precision knowledge and information.
