移动网络环境下高校图书馆学科服务评价的新思考——基于用户视角和网络层次分析法

New Thinking on the Evaluation of Subject Service in University Libraries under the Mobile Network Environment: Based on User Perspective Network Analytic Hierarchy Process

文章在对现有高校图书馆学科服务评价指标体系和评价方法进行梳理和分析的基础上,从用户的视角出发,结合移动网络环境下高校图书馆学科服务的一些新变化和新发展,从能力、内容、方式、效果4个方面优化高校图书馆学科服务评价指标体系,采用网络层次分析法来给指标体系赋权,最后进行实例应用对所提出的评价方法进行分析和比较,为移动网络环境下高校图书馆学科服务评价提供可操作的评价体系和方法参考。

Based on combing and analysis of the existing evaluation index systems and methods of subject service in university library, from the user＇s perspective, combined with the movement of university library subject service under the network environment, some new changes and new development from service capability, service contents, service modes, service effect 4 aspects constructing evaluation index system of subject service in university library, using the Analytic Network Process（ANP） to determine the weights of the index system, the evaluation system and method of operation reference for the evaluation of subject service of university library in the mobile network environment.
