犯罪现场勘查是侦查活动的基础。犯罪现场勘查学是专门研究犯罪现场及勘查活动的一门综合性应用学科。长期以来,犯罪现场勘查在侦查学中的地位与其和侦查学的关系有关。在互联网和大数据快速发展的新时代,犯罪嫌疑人所依存的社会条件、犯罪手段、犯罪模式都已经和信息化社会融合在一起,现场勘查学的概念、研究对象、内容、体系、方法、基础理论等基本问题需要进行反思与重构,需要从学科发展层面加强研究来构建新的理论体系,使其更加系统化、信息化、科学化、规范化。

Crime scene investigation is the basis of investigation activities. Science of crime scene investigation is a comprehensive applied discipline specialized in crime scene and investigation activities. For a long time, the position of crime scene investigation in the science of investigation is related to its relation with the science of investigation. In the new era of rapid development of the Internet and big data, the social conditions, means of crime and patterns of criminal suspects have all been merged with the information society. The basic issues of crime scene investigation, namely, the concept, research object, content, system of scene investigation, methods and the basic theories, need to be reconsidered and reconstructed to make it more systematic, informational, scientific and standardized. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the research from the aspect of discipline development to construct a new theoretical system.
