摘要
探讨贵州省省-市-县三级创伤救治体系的初步建设方案。分析贵州省地势条件、人文社会环境等特点,初步阐述贵州省省-市-县三级创伤区域救治体系的目标性建设方法,并进一步明确三级创伤区域救治中心各自职责,确定各级中心管理制度。省-市-县三级创伤区域救治中心的建设对严重创伤事件的救治有重要意义,可一定程度提高我省创伤救治的整体水平。
This paper explores the preliminary scheme for the establishment of the province-city-county trauma care system in Guizhou province and analyzes its natural and social conditions. In addition, the construction process is set forth and the three-tier trauma care center＇s roles are specified regarding their management rules. The construction of the province-city-county trauma care center is of great significance to the treatment of severe traumatic patients, and it will improve the overall level of trauma care in our province.
