基于战术战伤救治理念提升我军高原寒区战现场急救能力的思考

Reflections on improving battlefield first aid capability based on tactical combat casualty care in the cold plateau region

高原寒区特殊的地理、气候条件和通道作战样式,使战现场急救面临诸多难点问题。本文以提升高原寒区作战卫勤保障能力为目标,对高原寒区战现场急救面临的问题和挑战进行了梳理分析。在充分借鉴美军战术战伤救治(tactical combat casualty care,TCCC)理念和实战经验基础上,提出我军"高原寒区TCCC"的概念,旨在通过创新战现场救治理念、拓展战现场救治技术,提升战现场"白金10 min、黄金1 h"时效救治能力。

Battlefield first aid in the cold plateau region is challenging due to its special geography, climatic conditions and combat styles. Aiming to improve the medical support in cold plateau region, this paper sorts and analyzes the problems and challenges faced by battlefield first aid in cold plateau warfare. Based on the tactical combat casualty care （TCCC） concept and practice, the notion of ＂cold plateau region TCCC＂ is proposed, with a view to expending field treatment techniques and improving the time-effect treatment of ＂Platinum Ten Minutes＂ and ＂Golden One Hour＂ at the battle site through updating the concept of battlefield treatment.
