Public training in fi rst aid skills based on WeChat: A practice report

摘要 随着“互联网＋”概念的提出,手机APP的开发和使用成为移动信息建设的焦点.在医疗行业中,国际卫生组织提出了“移动医疗”概念[1],即通过移动设备（手机或掌上电脑等）提供的一种远程医疗服务.资料显示移动医疗已广泛运用在糖尿病患者、心血管患者、慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者自我管理[2-7]、体质量超重者饮食和体质量的控制[8]等方面,且取得了良好效果.
