我国监狱循证矫正存在的问题及对策

On the Problems in Evidence-based Correction in the Prisons of China and the Countermeasures

矫正理念的创新,可以提高罪犯矫正的有效性。当前,我国循证矫正存在科学有效的本土化证据不足、缺少专业的循证矫正工作者及矫正各方协调不够等不足。应从掌握科学的矫正研究方法、建设专业化的循证矫正队伍、加强矫正各方的联系、构建矫正联动平台等方面入手,更好地推动我国循证矫正工作的发展。

Innovation of correction ideas can enhance the criminals correction effectiveness. China＇s present evidence-based correction witnesses lack of scientific and effective local evidences, lack of evidence-based correction professionals, and insufficient coordination between all the correction parties. Accordingly, efforts need to be made to better promote evidence-based correction development on the basis of mastery of scientific correction research methods, construction of professional evidence-based correction teams, enhancement of the contact between all correction parties and establishment of coordination platforms.
