三种嵌体冠修复短冠磨牙的临床研究

Clinical study on the restoration effect of three kinds of inlay crown on the short coronal molars

目的:采用三种嵌体冠对短冠磨牙进行修复,对比观察疗效,评估其临床修复效果。方法:选择103颗根管治疗后的短冠磨牙进行嵌体冠修复,分为钴铬合金嵌体冠组、钴铬合金插销桩核嵌体金属冠组和纤维分体桩全瓷嵌体冠组。评价患者修复2年后的临床效果。结果:三种嵌体冠修复成功率比较,差异无统计学差异(P> 0. 05)。结论:三种嵌体冠均可应用于短冠磨牙的修复。

Objective：To evaluate the restoration effect of three types of inlay crown on the recently extracted molars.Methods：All 103 short coronal molars after root canal therapy were divided into three groups using metal inlay crown of Cobalt chromium alloy,insertion-type separate metal inlay crown of Cobalt chromium alloy and fiber fission post of ceramic inlay crown respectively.The clinical effect were evaluated after 2 years′ clinical restoration.Results：There was no statistical significance among the restoration effect of three types of inlay crown.Conclusion：The three types of inlay crown are all applicable to coronal restorations.
