胰岛素治疗方案治疗妊娠期糖尿病的疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨不同胰岛素治疗方案在妊娠期糖尿病患者治疗中的临床疗效及母婴风险。方法:选取2016年2月—2017年2月收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者88例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组为常规治疗联合胰岛素皮下注射治疗,观察组为常规治疗联合胰岛素泵治疗。评价两组疗效,观察妊娠结局,并进行比较。结果:观察组胰岛素人均使用量显著低于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗后观察组血糖水平明显降低,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组孕妇并发症及妊娠结局显著优于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组巨大儿、早产儿、窒息等发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:妊娠期糖尿病患者采用胰岛素泵治疗可获得满意的疗效,降低和稳定患者血糖水平,且可预防危险事件的发生,改善妊娠结局。 Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and maternal risk of different insulin treatment regimens in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods:Eighty-eight patients with gestational diabetes admitted from February 2016 to February 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment combined with subcutaneous insulin injection,and the observation group was treated with conventional insulin pump.The efficacy of the two groups was evaluated,and the pregnancy outcome was observed and compared.Results:The per capita use of insulin in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P 〈0.05).After treatment,the blood glucose level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0.05).The complications and pregnancy outcomes of the pregnant women in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group ( P 〈0.05).The observation group had larger children,premature infants,asphyxia and so on than the control group,the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05).Conclusion:Insulin pump for gestational diabetes treatment can achieve satisfactory results,reduce and stabilize blood glucose levels,prevent the occurrence of dangerous events,improve pregnancy outcomes.
