新型心肺复苏培训模式在住院患者及家属中的效果研究

Study on the effect of new type of cardio pulmonary resuscitation training model in hospitalized patients and their families

目的:探讨新型心肺复苏(CPR)培训模式在住院患者及家属中的应用效果。方法:选择住院患者及家属60例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组采用传统CPR培训法,观察组采用新型CPR培训模式。比较两组CPR相关理论知识与操作技能成绩,并比较两种培训方法的效果。结果:观察组CPR笔试成绩、操作成绩均高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:新型CPR培训模式使CPR培训人员更加专业,培训体系更加完善,有效提高了住院患者及家属CPR理论知识水平以及面对意外事故和危重病导致心脏骤停发生时的应急能力,也推进了健康中国"全国心肺复苏普及进亿家精准健康工程"的步伐。

Objective：To explore the effect of new type of cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR） training in the hospitalized patients and their families.Methods：All 60 patients and their families were selected as the study subjects,randomly divided into observation group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）.The control group and the observation group were respectively trained in traditional CPR mode and new CPR mode.To Compare the CPR theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the two groups,and compare the effect of the two training methods.Results：The scores of the 30 patients in observation group were higher than that of control group （ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：New CPR training pattern to make CPR training personnel more professional,and the training system more rounded.at the same time,the new mode effectively improve the CPR theoretical knowledge of the hospitalized patients and their families caused by accident and critical diseases.Further more,the new CPR pattern promote the health in china to a large extant pace of development.and the further popularization of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
