高等院校青年教师教学能力培养模式的思考及建议

Suggestions on the Improvement of Teaching Abilities for Young Teachers in Universities

青年教师逐渐成为高等院校教育教学的中坚师资力量,提升青年教师的教学能力能够有效提升高等院校教育教学质量。本文通过对高等院校青年教师教学中存在的问题的分析,创新性地提出了导师制培养模式中以"共授一堂课"为核心的教学能力培养教—学方法,并以此为载体提出了几点建议,旨在为高等院校青年教师教学能力的提升提供参考借鉴。

Young teachers are becoming the backbone of education in universities.Improving the teaching abilities of young teachers can effectively strengthen the quality of education in universities.This paper proposed a new teaching abilities training method taking ＂sharing the same class＂ as the most important element in the supervised training program for young teachers.Suggestions on the improvement of teaching abilities are proposed as references for young teachers in universities.
