摘要
为满足卓越特殊教育教师培养多元化的需求,研究者从导师遴选制度、职责划分、考核和激励三个方面对N校当前导师制实施过程中存在的问题进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了"流动导师制"的建议,进而改善导师制和人才培养质量。
To meet the diversified needs of teachers in the special culture of excellence in education,research and selection systems,division of responsibilities,assessment and the tutor of three aspects of the analysis on the existing N school's tutorial system implementation.The current problems in the process of motivation,and based on this flow of "mentoring" proposal,and then improve the tutorial system and the quality of personnel training.
