姜曲海猪头部铸型及内脏器官浸渍标本的制作

Jiangquhai Pig's Specimen Preparation of Cephalic-facial Cast and Internal Organ Preserved in Formalin

姜曲海猪头部铸型标本是采用一种特殊技术将填充剂(高分子化合物)注入动物体管道内,其硬化后将其他组织腐蚀清除,以填充物显示动物体器官管道立体构筑的特殊标本,填充剂加入不同的颜料,使各种管道呈现出不同色彩。此种技术能充分展示动物体各解剖结构的形态,并且能做到形态结构真实、管道充盈、三维立体感强、构形美观、色泽鲜明、层次清晰,不仅对医学形态学有教学、科研价值,同时也为临床外科手术及介入治疗的发展提供形态学依据。本文通过取材、标本的准备、灌注、洗涤、保存等过程成功制作1件姜曲海猪头部铸型标本以及若干浸渍标本,存放于江苏农牧科技职业学院动物解剖标本馆,并应用于社会科普教育和动物解剖课程的现场教学。

The head cast specimen of Jiangquhai pig is made by a special technique to inject filler（macromolecule compound） into the pipes of animal body.After the filler hardening, animal tissues are corroded and removed to show the special specimens of the three-dimensional structure of the pipes of animal organs.Different pigments are added to the filler to make the pipes show different colors.This technique can fully display the morphology of the anatomical structures of the animal body, and can achieve true morphological structure,pipeline filling, strong sense of third-dimension, beautiful configuration, bright color, clear layers. It is not only of teaching and scientific research value to medical morphology, but also provides morphological basis for the development of clinical surgery and interventional therapy. In this paper, a head cast specimen and some impregnated specimens of Jiangquhai pig were successfully made. The specimens were deposited in the Animal Anatomy Herbarium of Jiangsu Agri-animal Husbandry Vocational College, and applied to popular science education and animal anatomy course teaching.
