基于创新创业导向的高校人才培养模式改革研究

以创新创业为导向的人才培养模式是目前我国高校教育改革的核心问题,它关乎着高校教育改革的成败,是我国高校教育改革的突破口。以创新创业为导向的人才培养模式是一种旨在培养全面发展的创新型人才的培养机制,强化学生的创新、创业意识培养。"十二五"期间,国内高校的创新创业教育的发展迅速,取得了可观的成绩,但同时存在不足,针对上述问题,提出了相应的对策。

Guided by innovative entrepreneurial talent cultivation model is the core issue of education reform in colleges and universities in our country,it concerns the success or failure,the reform of college education is the breakthrough of education reform in colleges and universities.Guided by innovative entrepreneurial talent training mode is a kind of aims to cultivate all-round development of the innovative talents training mechanism,strengthen the student＇s consciousness of innovation,entrepreneurship training. ＂Twelfth five-year＂ period,the innovation of the domestic colleges and universities entrepreneurship education has been developing rapidly,has made considerable achievements,but at the same time there is insufficient,aiming at these problems,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
