摘要
本文以研究生课程《食品生物技术》为研究对象,通过对理论课程体系、实验课程体系和成绩评定体系的重新构建,加强了师生课前、课堂和课后学习的连贯性,提高了学生学习兴趣,达到了课程开设的预期目标,也为今后学位论文的开展提供了帮助。
Taking the postgraduate course "Food Biotechnology" as the research object,by rebuilding the theoretical course system,experimental course system and grade evaluation system,the coherence between teachers and students before class,in class and after class is enhanced and students' interest in learning is enhanced,has reached the expected goal set by the course,and also provides the help for the future of the dissertation.
