应用型本科公安人才培养改革几个问题的思考——以新疆警察学院为例

新疆警察学院自2012年升为本科公安院校,相应的人才培养方式的改革一直在进行中。由于新疆社会维稳的特殊需要,公安人才的培养有其特殊的社会意义。现有的人才培养方式存在着一些必须直面和解决的问题,应用型本科公安院校人才培养改革势在必行。

Since 2012,Xinjiang Police College has been upgraded to undergraduate public security college,and the corresponding reform of personnel training mode has been under way all the time,and the special needs of maintaining social stability in Xinjiang are in progress.The cultivation of public security personnel has its special social significance.There are some problems that must be directly faced and solved in the existing talent training methods.It is imperative to reform the personnel training of applied undergraduate public security colleges and universities.
