青年教师是学术资本主义下的核心要素,其发展问题作为当前亟待研究解决的课题,具有重要的理论和实践意义。本文分析了在学术资本主义背景下,高校青年教师发展面临角色、地位、价值观转变和群体关系的分化困境,并从国家、高校、青年教师三个层面提出了学术资本主义视域下高校青年教师发展的路径。

Analyzed in this paper under the background of capitalism,the development of young university teachers role,status,values change and group relations dilemma of differentiation,and from the country,the young teachers in colleges and universities,puts forward the three dimensions of academic capitalism horizon,the development of young teachers in colleges and universities.
