“一带一路”背景下天津市高校发展策略研究

A Strategy Research of TianJin Colleges and Universities' Development Based on the "Belt and Road"

"一带一路"倡议是中央的重大决策,也是天津发展的重大机遇,作为中国北方最大的沿海开放城市,天津位于亚欧大陆桥的东部起点,是"一带一路"倡议纵横交错坐标中的海陆交汇点,还同时承担着中蒙俄经济走廊东部起点与海上丝绸之路支点的艰巨任务。在推进"一带一路"倡议建设中,各个国家、相关企业、组织对高水平的科技与人才有着巨大的需求量,这给中国高校提出了新的挑战和要求,也提供了新的机遇。本文论述了天津作为"一带一路"重要城市,该地区高校在新形势下的发展对策。

＂Belt and Road＂ initiative is a major decision of the central government,which is a great opportunity for the development of Tianjin,as the largest coastal city of Northern China,Tianjin is the eastern starting point of Eurasian Continental Bridge,is the joint of sea and land on the ＂Belt and Road＂,and it bears the dual task of starting point of economic corridor and pivot point of maritime Silk Road.The ＂Belt and Road＂ requires high level of technology and talents,which puts forward new requirements to the colleges and universities of China,also provides a broad space to have a brilliant future.This article discusses the Tianjin as an important city in the region,the strategy of colleges and universities＇ development.
