在幼儿教师的从教生涯中,会有许多对其生活或是工作产生重大影响的事件,可以统称为个人成长发展中的关键事件。鉴于幼儿园教师大多为女性,因此这些关键事件中的养育事件影响范围较广,较为普遍。近年来国家颁布的二胎政策,也会让很多教师再次将生育子女归入计划当中。本文旨在正确分析养育事件影响的利弊,提出建设性策略,扩大养育事件对幼儿教师的积极影响。

During the teaching career of preschool teachers,there will be many events that have a significant impact on their life or work,which can be collectively referred to as the key events in personal growth and development.The purpose of this paper is to correctly analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the impact of parenting incidents,and put forward constructive strategies to expand the positive impact of parenting incidents on kindergarten teachers.
