摘要
在国家政策引领下,许多高职院校管理采用了市场化运作机制,造成教师职业认同感降低。现从职业倦怠、职业压力、人际关系等职业心理保健要素与职业认同感之间的相互关系,阐述高职教师职业认同感对于强化高职教师职业心理保健有着重要意义。
Under the guidance of the state policy,many higher vocational colleges adopt the market operation mechanism,resulting in a decrease of teachers' professional identity.From the relationship between occupational mental health care factors such as job burnout,job pressure,interpersonal relationship and professional identity,it is explained that vocational identity of vocational teachers is of great significance to strengthen vocational mental health care of vocational teachers.
