摘要
研究以"创青春"全国大学生创业大赛两个优秀创业团队为研究对象,采取案例研究和访谈研究方法,探索优秀大学生创业团队在人员构成、角色分工、沟通机制、运作机制、创业动机、团队文化、团队领导、外部资源等八个方面的特征表现,并分析了不同创业团队特征在初期和发展期对创业绩效的影响,最终提出了大学生创业团队建设与发展的相关建议。
The research is based on the two outstanding entrepreneurial teams of the national college students＇entrepreneurship competition,taking case study and interview research methods to explore the eight characteristics ofexcellent college students＇ entrepreneurial team in personnel structure,role division,communication mechanism,operation mechanism,entrepreneurial motivation,team culture,team leadership,external resources,and analyzes theimpact of different entrepreneurial team characteristics on entrepreneurial performance in early and development stagesof entrepreneurship,finally puts forward some suggestions on the construction and development of college students＇entrepreneurial team.
