浅谈眼科规培生医患沟通技巧的培养

良好的医患沟通能力是每个住院医师必须具备的能力之一。目前医患关系紧张,沟通不畅是医患纠纷出现的主要原因。住院医师规范化培训的教学内容多注重于临床专业知识和技能的传授,医患沟通能力培训内容相对较少。结合眼科规培生在住院医师规范化培训中存在的问题,分析原因,探讨医患沟通能力的培养,更好地达到眼科住院医师规范化培训的要求。

Having good doctor-patient communication skills is are one of the competencies that every residentmust have.At present,the relationship between doctors and patients is tense,and poor communication is the main cause ofmedical disputes.We pay more attention to the training of clinical expertise and skills,and ignore the training ofdoctor-patient communication skills.Combined with the clinical problems existing in the process of doctor-patientcommunication,doctor-patient communication ability is discussed in order to better achieve the requirement of residentstandardization training of ophthalmology.
