Research on the Effective Mechanism of Coordinating Education between Tutor and Counselor in Postgraduates' Ideological and Political Education

在研究生思想政治教育中,导师和辅导员分别扮演着不同的角色。现实工作中往往存在导师与辅导员沟通不畅,职责不清等问题,如何让二者有效沟通,协同育人,更好地发挥二者的作用,形成合力,对于研究生思想政治教育至关重要。本文着重探讨研究生导师和辅导员协同育人有效机制,增强合力育人效果。

Tutor and counselor are playing different roles in the ideological and political education of postgraduates.But in practical work,there are many problems such as poor communication,unclear responsibilities between tutors andcounselors.So it＇s very important to make the two communicate effectively,coordinate to educate people and play betterroles.This article focuses on exploring the effective mechanism of tutor and counselor in cooperation,so as to enhance theeffect of combining ability in postgraduates＇ ideological and political education.
