广东在校本科生休学创业意愿影响因素的实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors of Guangdong Undergraduates' Willingness to take off from School

通过对休学创业理论的回顾,提出并建立广东范围内影响本科生休学创业意愿因素的模型,并就个体、家庭、高校和社会因素对本科生休学创业意愿的影响提出理论假设,采用实证研究讨论各因素对于广东在校本科生休学创业意愿的影响。研究表明,目前本科生休学创业意愿的影响因素按照影响力的大小排列依次为个体、社会、家庭和高校,其中高校和社会之间存在相关性,家庭与个体之间存在相关性,但高校、社会因素均与个体因素缺乏较明显的相关性。现代高校的创业教育及地方政府的创业扶持政策和措施还有待合理的改进,以期真正为提高学生创业发挥体制机制的作用。

Through the review of the theory of entrepreneurship,this paper puts forward and establishesa model offactors affecting the willingness of undergraduates to start a business in Guangdong province,and on the individual,family.The influence of university and social factors on undergraduates＇ willingness to take off from school ishypothesized.The empirical study is used to discuss the influence of various factors on the willingness of Guangdongundergraduates to start their own undertaking.The study shows that.At present,the influencing factors of undergraduates＇willingness to quit from school are the individual,the society,the family and the university in the order of influence,among which there is correlation between the university and the society,and between the family and the individual.Butin colleges and universities,social factors and individual factors are lacking.There isa clear correlation betweenentrepreneurship education and local government ＇ s entrepreneurship support policies and measures.
