Research on the Construction of Training Mode of Mechanical Creative Talents Based on PMLT System and the Key Problems

项目导师工作室团队制下机械创新人才培养模式与我院现有的人才培养方案之间存在课程体系冲突、师资缺位、教学资源不足、教学监督与评价不适应、教学管理不顺等突出问题。提出优化课程体系、建立工作室制、组建创新团队、监控与评价教学质量的四个有效方法,有效支撑了培养具有一定创新能力的高素质应用型机械工程技术人才的目标。

There are some outstanding problems between the training mode of mechanical innovation talents andour existing personnel training programs under the team of project mentor laboratory system,such as conflict ofcurriculum system,lack of teachers,insufficient teaching resources,inappropriate teaching supervision and evaluation andineffective teaching management.It puts forward four effective ways to optimize curriculum system,establish laboratorysystem,set up innovative team,supervise and evaluate teaching quality that achieve the goal of training high-qualityapplied mechanical engineering technicians.
